These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of oncroo. (“oncroo.”, “we”, or “us”) — a production management platform operated by oncroo. Inc. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@oncroo.com of any unauthorized access.
You agree not to misuse the service. That includes uploading malicious code, scraping data you don't own, attempting to access another production's data, or using oncroo. for anything illegal.
You retain ownership of all content you upload — scripts, call sheets, signed documents, cast and crew data. We process it solely to provide the service. We never sell, share, or train models on your production data.
Paid plans bill in advance. Trials convert to the chosen plan unless cancelled before the trial ends. You can cancel any time from your account; access continues through the end of the paid period.
Either party may terminate at any time. On termination we provide a 30-day window for you to export your data, after which it is permanently deleted in line with our retention policy.
The service is provided “as is”. We make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app and by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
