This Privacy Policy explains how oncroo. (“we”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our production management platform.
Account info (name, email), production data (scripts, call sheets, cast and crew profiles, signed documents), and the usual technical telemetry every web app needs to function (IP, browser, error logs).
Solely to operate, secure, and improve the service: routing emails to your cast and crew, parsing the scripts you upload, syncing weather to your call sheets, processing signatures, and answering your support requests.
We do not sell your data. We do not share production data across customers. We do not train AI models on your scripts, breakdowns, or any other production content you upload. Period.
We use a small set of vetted infrastructure providers to deliver the service:
You can export or delete your data at any time from account settings, or by emailing hello@oncroo.com. We respond to verified requests within 30 days. GDPR and CCPA rights apply where relevant.
Active production data is retained while your subscription is active. After cancellation you have 30 days to export, then we permanently delete. Signed-document audit trails are preserved for 7 years for legal compliance.
We use first-party cookies strictly for sign-in sessions and product analytics. No third-party advertising trackers.
