Who owns the data on my production?
You do. Your production lives in its own isolated, row-secured database. We never sell data and you can export everything as CSV at any time. When you wrap, take your file and leave — or stay for archival access.
Can we use our own domain?
Yes — on the Studio plan and above. Point something like crew.yourproduction.com at us and your cast, crew, and partners see your brand, not ours. SSL cert provisions automatically.
Do cast and crew need to pay?
Never. Unlimited seats on every plan. Only the production owner holds a subscription. Invite your full 47-person crew on Indie, we do not care.
What happens when my production wraps?
Keep the subscription for ongoing access to signed documents and archived data. Or export everything and cancel with one click — no hostage taking, no clawback, no fine print.
How do the e-signatures work legally?
Hash-verified signatures with IP + timestamp audit trail. Complies with the US ESIGN Act and UETA. Legally binding for standard production documents (NDA, deal memo, releases, W-9).
Can we use this for a music video or commercial?
Absolutely. Every production type supported — feature, short, series, commercial, documentary, music video, pilot, branded content. The Indie plan fits most single-day shoots.
